This relates to me in many ways. Sometimes when I get mad, sad or frustrated i tend to hit things or say things i definitely don't mean. An example would be when I had a bad day and I had a lot on my mind. My mom was trying to talk to me but i don't like talking about my feelings so I hurt her feelings by saying rude things. I now realize I could of politely moved out of that situation by telling her i wasn't up to talk at the moment. Sometimes I feel like I cant control what I am saying, or like I cant control me in general.

First of all, make sure you know what an. extreme emotion is. if you try to run away from the problem or whatever caused that negative EE,then you are going to make it worse
